Thermal pair of metal sheets is utilized as the temperature sensing element. When the temperature rises to a certain value, the pair of metal piece thermally deforms and push energy-storing piece through action bar to bounce away contact instantly; when the temperature drops, the pair restores to its original state, thus achieving the purpose of switching on/off the circuit. It characterizes stable performance, temperature adjustable temperature control, high precision, reliable and simply moves and high reliability, long life, less interference on the radio and so on.

Switch-off temperature of temperature control device and its feature curve is defined by match test of finished products and temperature control.
The product can be designed with a sensor current to achieve the purpose of temperature control , trimming down temperature breadth ,long-distance temperature control and thermal compensation.
A great variety of terminal sizes and orientation are available for free choices of customers.
For the convenience of customers to install thermostat, temperature control can also be riveted to a fixed block (films), playing a role of thermal conductivity as well.
 
2.  Installation Note:
 In the installation process of thermostat,, the porcelain pieces and thermal pairs of metal sheets and other components should be excluded from the effect of external forces;
Terminals connected to the thermostat wire: 0.5-1 mm2 is recommended for 5A; and O. 75-1.5mm2; for 10A.
If customers need to readjust the temperature of the thermostat, they can adjust the thermostat inside the fine-tuning screw, clockwise direction for temperature drop, and vice versa.
